The two Niçois found the back of the net on Thursday during the match against the Serbia U21s!

Both Amine Gouiri and Khephren Thuram started the Euro 2023 qualifier, with Les Bleuets' midfielder opening the scoring in the 42nd minute, getting his first goal for the France U21s. The Niçois perfectly headed a cross from Kalulu into the back of the net to score his 5th goal of the season, after getting four Ligue 1 goals for Le Gym in 2021-22.

 

After the break, it was Amine Gouiri's turn to shine. Perfectly played in by Real Madrid's Camavinga, the forward opened his foot to score into the bottom corner of the goal. A Thierry Henry-esque goal according to Canal +, who have shared the footage of Gouiri's 8th goal in 19 appearances for Les Bleuets.

 

With a feeling of mission accomplished, the two Aiglons left the field after an hour.
