Favre: 'A very intelligent reaction'

After an impressive win at Metz (4-2), Lucien Favre acknowledged the magnificent reaction of his players after being pegged back, and emphasised the potential within his squad.

Coach, what's your analysis of this victory?
We played some really good football, and stopped our opponents from playing by moving the ball quickly on a very good pitch. We lost too many dangerous balls, and they equalised twice. After it went to 2-2, it wasn't easy, but the players had a very intelligent reaction and went looking for the third goal by continuing to attack. Already at half-time, though we were leading, we had said we had to try and score a third.

And you're still unbeaten…
We're all very happy, but there's still a lot of work to do. We're already focussing on our week of work and the game against FC Nantes. There is a huge amount of players who have enormous potential in this squad. We hope to make them work well so that they improve. Some of them are progressing very quickly, it takes longer for others, but they're all players in which we believe.

A word on Plea, who scored three tonight?
He has enormous potential that can be developed. There's an extraordinary potential in terms of the work that can be done with him. We take advantage of every minute to do specific work with him, and he's already very good.
