As part of the development of its sporting organisation, OGC Nice has appointed Éric Cubilier to take charge of youth recruitment.

A fully integrated member of the club’s recruitment team since 2019, Éric Cubilier will also continue to carry out his duties within that team. This new role will enable him to put his experience and knowledge of recruitment to good use in scouting and identifying young talent destined to join the youth academy.

Through this appointment, the club aims to strengthen the link between the youth academy’s recruitment and the recruitment team, while further structuring the monitoring of high-potential prospects in collaboration with the Academy’s management.
