1ST TEAM TRAINING FOR Ben Idder

On Tuesday, Abdelhak Ben Idder took part in his first training session with the rest of the professional first team. The 19-year-old central defender signed with the club on 1 September on the final day of the summer Mercato with the aim of first playing with the Elite squad. He arrived in Nice last weekend, as soon as his paperwork had been processed.

Elio'S VISIT

His parents' call for a donor clearly had the desired result. Thanks to the ensuing media coverage, four-year-old Elio found a compatible donor for his bone marrow transplant. On Tuesday, he visited the club training complex and met with Les Aiglons. On Sunday, Le Gym will organise inconjunction with the Hospital of Nice and Elio's dad Thomas, an early detection stand at Allianz Riviera for the Rouge et Noir public at the game against Lille.
