From his early days at Le Gym’s academy to taking charge of the first team, Olivier Pantaloni’s career path has once again crossed that of OGC Nice.

The club is delighted to announce the Frenchman's appointment to the role of first-team coach; Olivier Pantaloni has signed a contract with Le Gym for the next two seasons.

Renowned for the quality of his work throughout a storied career, he joins OGC Nice with a wealth of experience in professional football and a reputation built on rigour, high standards and his ability to get the best out of his teams.

After taking his first steps with OGC Nice at the end of his secondary school years - before joining the club’s academy - Olivier Pantaloni is now returning to Les Rouge et Noir several decades after making his debut in the club’s colours.

Olivier Pantaloni:

“It's an immense source of pride for me to manage a club like OGC Nice. I am delighted today to be returning to the south of France and to a club I know well, having played here for a time. I arrive in Nice with great humility but also great determination. I want to respect the club. I will instil the values that I hold dear: humility, hard work, respect, determination and ambition. It is up to us to live up to the supporters’ expectations and restore OGC Nice to its former glory."
