Young Cameroonian forward Bernard Nguene has extended his contract with OGC Nice by a year through to 2029.

After arriving from Brasseries du Cameroun in September 2024, Bernard has now extended his deal with the Red-and-Blacks through to 2029: “I’m very happy to extend my contract,” he said. “It shows the faith the club has in me. A lot of things have changed for me in a year and I’ve had the good fortune to be well supported. I learn a lot on a daily basis and I’m going to continue working hard to contribute more and more to the team.”

Our number 49, who turned 19 on 4 August, has five competitive first-team appearances.
