The sporting director gave his thoughts on how the January window will affect the club: "We're going to try and readjust this winter," said the sporting director. "We'll perhaps have between one and three recruits. As I have already said, we're all aligned with the board on these questions, we're not going to do anything just for the sake of it. If we think that we don't go for a player who we're convinced of, which is a priority for us, we won't do it and we'll wait for next summer. Now, if we manage to readjust the squad, because there are perhaps some imbalances in certain positions, we'll give ourselves the means to do so. The change of coach changes nothing because we've now got a precise project for the club. It's the club that builds that. We were targetting players, we'll continue to do so, and it's not the change of coach that will alter that, and I can send that message to those guys. Didier talked last night with our potential targets, and actually there was a very good feeling between them. We'll see if we manage to move forward. But once again, we won't do anything for the sake of it, we're not under pressure."
