After signing for OGC Nice in the summer of 2020 and loaned to LS for the whole season, Lucas Da Cunha (20 years old) will be present when Les Aiglons return for pre-season. The attacking midfielder who came through the ranks at Stade Rennais will meet his new teammates on 28 June, after a successful season in Switzerland. His record in the Lausanne shirt? 28 appearances (27 in the Super League), with 6 goals and 1 assist, and having played an important part in the team’s sixth placed finish.

With three L1 appearances already to his name with Les Rouge et Noir, Evann Guessand (19 years old) will also return to Nice for pre-season. The forward and product of the Nice Academy played 35 matches by Lake Geneva, picking up 7 goals and 5 assists.

Pedro Brazão (18 years old), who played 21 matches for LS during the 2020-21 season (1 goal), will also return to the Côte d’Azur at the start of the new season.

New Aiglon, N’Guessan is loaned to Lausanne

A talented midfielder who started his career at Racing Club Abidjan, Les Aiglons’ partner club, Jean N’Guessan has signed for OGC Nice. Already having received his first call-up for the Ivory Coast against Madagascar, but without appearing in the match, the youngster (18 years old) has played a key role in RCA’s rise in recent years. After promotion to D1, they were crowned champions in 2020, then took part in the African Champions League. He will get his first taste of European football in Switzerland on loan at Lausanne.

Mahou moves to LS

A Nice man through and through, after arriving at the club at the age of 6, Mahou permanently leaves the club. At 21 years old, the youngster who has just finished a six month loan spell at LS (22 matches, 2 goals and 4 assists) will now sign on a permanent deal.
