On Sunday, while OGC Nice defeated Brest 3-2 at Allianz Riviera, Lausanne-Sport shared the spoils with FC Zurich. During the Swiss match, Evann Guessand scored a contender for Goal of the Season with an outrageous standing scorpion backheel.

Set up by Hicham Mahou, his colleague from the Nice youth academy, the LS No.9 saw Giorgio Contini’s side earn a point from the 2-2 draw. He also earned the penalty that saw the side from the Vaudois region to equalise. 

In 31 Super League matches, Evann Guessand, on loan from Le Gym, has scored seven goals and provided four assists.
