Tough games to come in March

With Sunday's trip to Bordeaux (17.00CET), Le Gym start a testing month of March. After Les Girondins, the Aiglons will face three members of the current top 10. Check out the fixtures up to the next international break

TRIP TO GIRONDE

The Niçois head to the south west on 1 March to face Bordeaux at 17.00CET. Patrick Vieira's have never lost in the Stade Matmut Atlantique (1 win, 3 draws), and will take on the current 12th-placed team, who have 35 points.

In the first game this season, the pair shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.

DERBY AT HOME

The Allianz Riviera will be the stage for the Côte d’Azur derby on 7 March, kick-off 20.00CET. It's a game Le Gym have won in each of the last three seasons. Monaco are currently fifth, two points ahead of Les Aiglons.

In Round 7, the Niçois were beaten 3-1 in the principality.

THE PARC DES PRINCES COLLISION

Mark your cards: 15 March, 21.00CET, the Niçois head to the capital to take on the leaders. The French champions are well clear of the field with 65 points. In Round 10, the Parisians won 4-1 at the Allianz Riviera.

MONTPELLIER TO FINISH

The month will finish at the Allianz Riviera on 21 March against Montpellier (kick-off 20.00CET). Montpellier are currently ninth and have the same record as Le Gym: 10 wins, seven draws, nine losses.

Montpellier have not won in Nice since 2012, but they did triumph when the two sides met in Round 5, recording a 2-1 win.
