Medical update ahead of Red Star clash

Speaking at the traditional pre-match press conference ahead of the Coupe de France Rd-32 game at home to Red Star (kick-off this Saturday at 13:00), Patrick Vieira gave a medical update concerning his squad.
The coach of Les Aiglons announced that two defensive elements were back at training: “Patrick Burner was back at training this Thursday morning. We’ll see how he goes tomorrow, but he could be in the squad. Andy Pelmard also resumed training with us this morning. He has been working with the fitness coaches for the last ten days. We’ll see after training tomorrow whether he is in the squad or not.
The coach also confirmed that Gautier Lloris ‘getting back in training’, however ‘Riza Durmisi is doing better, but Saturday’s match will come too early.
Concerning the injured Youcef Atal (knee), Vieira added: “No return date has been set yet for Youcef. It depends on how his knee responds, but so far he is recovering well. He is working very hard. For the moment, he has done everything that is expected of him. That’s very good. He is receiving all his treatment at the training centre, twice a day, morning and afternoon. Is he running? It is not on the agenda yet.
