Dante: "We lacked aggressiveness"

Led by Dante, the Nice defence kept the game goalless for most of the match on Saturday, until Moses Simon scored the only goal of the game, with just four minutes to go. After the final whistle, the Nice captain spoke to Bein Sports to provide his analysis of the defeat against Les Nantais (1-0). "We had the ball and we tried to create chances. I think that we lacked a bit of aggressiveness, especially in the final 30 metres of the pitch. It's a shame. We will let the coach analyse the game: there are things to correct at the back, in midfield and up-front, but it's not all negative. We came up against a side that wanted to defend, attack and play. In the last couple of matches, we haven't played the same starting eleven. We need to recover well during the international break so that we can get to know each other even better and move forward. We aren't at all happy to lose a match like this but we need to keep our heads up, continue to work and remain positive for what's to come."
