Malang Sarr has been called up for the French U21s. The Niçois will take place in the upcoming European Championships in Italy and San Marino from 16 to 30 June. 

His absence from the U20 squad for the World Cup had already given a serious clue. On Wednesday, "that indication was confirmed”, and Sylvain Ripoll removed any shred of doubt during his press conference at the headquarters of the FFF: Malang Sarr will take part in the European U21 Championships.

During the group stage of the Euros, France will take on England, Croatia and Romania. 

Two friendlies, against Belgium (3 June) and Austria (11 June) will take place before the competition.
