On Wednesday, Yoan Cardinale and Ihsan Sacko took part in a football match on the Promenade du Paillon with their young fans.  

After Arènes de Cimiez, the Esplanade du the Château and then Carras, it was just steps away from Place Masséna that this original match took place. 

On a pitch that had been well watered by the morning rain, the two Aiglons pulled on the shirt to the delight of the pichouns. Stepovers, turns, and flicks: the young Niçois showed their full technical repertoire in a bid to impress their idols.

It was the team wearing the yellow bibs and led by Yoan Cardinale, that won the match in the centre of the city. 

The next installment will take place soon in a new area of the city, for what will be the 5th episode of the “Aiglons take on the Pichouns” series.
