On this opening day of the transfer window, a second young midfielder has officially signed for the Gym: Adrien Tameze. The 23 year old arrives from Valenciennes (L2), where he had a full season.

Beginning his training at Nancy, where he didn't make a professional appearance, the French-Cameroon midfielder got his first taste of the professional game at VA, where bit by bit he imposed himself as a key element in the centre of the park. In two seasons, the solid player (1,80m, 78kg) notched up 56 appearances in the league. Technical, powerful, the Lille born youngster is able to play as a defensive midfielder or as a central midfielder.
