Christmas comes early for Mèfi Club!

The Mèfi Club's kids celebrated Christmas this Wednesday at the Aiglons' training centre. The festive season has begun!

Smiles, joy, huge hearts in service of others: this Wednesday, the U12’s supporters honoured the spirit of the festive season. Together, they put their love of Le Gym - and their time - at the service of others. In this case, people in need...

WITH THE SUPPORT OF LOTOMBA AND GUESSAND

A host of activities awaited our kids in the canteen of the Rouge et Noir facilities. First of all, they arrived with toys so that they could pack them up and give them to children in need. Then they met Jordan Lotomba and Evann Guessand. This superb moment of sharing was immortalised by Polaroid photos of each member, flanked by the Aiglons full-back and striker. Once the photo had been taken, our little heroes had the chance to put it inside a Christmas decoration to hang on the Christmas tree.

Finally, they made Christmas cards for the isolated elderly in our nursing homes. Some of our kids will be handing out these cards next week at a Calèna Tour distribution point.

The Calèna Tour stopped off at the training centre on Wednesday. After receiving numerous donations from our supporters in the morning, the Rouge et Noir solidarity van was filled with gifts from the children of Mèfi Club. They dropped off the gifts themselves, before rounding off their wonderful afternoon with a lovely snack. Virginie Rossetti, the club's Communications & Brand Director, commented: "We're doubly proud today. It's a new stage in our Calèna Tour and it's the children of the Mèfi Club who are filling our van with gifts that they have wrapped and packed themselves. These gifts are for the children who need them. They are our little supporters of tomorrow, but above all they are the great men and women of tomorrow. Well done to them!
