Amine Gouiri has been called up to the France U21 squad.

While L1 continues this weekend with Le Gym's trip to La Meinau, to face Strasbourg (kick-off Saturday at 21:00 CET), the first international break of the season follows in the first week of September.

During the break, Les Aiglons' forward Amine Gouiri, 20, scorer of a brace in the season opener against Lens and regular youth international will join up with his country's Under-21 side, Les Espoirs.

Sylvain Ripoll's side have two away matches: against Georgia (4 September in Gori) and Azerbaïdjan (7 September in Sumgayit), for their Euro 2021 qualifiers.
