For the day after their first friendly (1-0 against Lyon), which came at the end of their third week of pre-season, the coaching staff gave Les Aiglons a day off. 

After arriving during the evening, the delegation set themselves up in the Domaine de Divonne for the 8th consecutive year. Treatment with the physios, massages and sleep... The focus was on recovery on Sunday, before another intense week of work begins on Monday. 

Some, like Walter Benitez, still took part in some physical exercise.

Others made the most of the time to get to know the club’s medical staff, like Morgan Schneiderlin, who had an appointment with Stéphanie Nucéra, the club dietician. 

Patrick Vieira’s side will pull their boots back on tomorrow (Monday), four days before their second test of the summer (Friday against Saint-Etienne).
