Training Camp

26 Aiglons named for camp

Patrick Vieira has named a squad of 26 players for a first week-long training camp at Divonne-les-Bains which is to be bookended by friendly matches against Lyon (this Saturday) and Saint-Etienne (on Friday 10 July).

119 days after their last competitive match (against Monaco 2-1 on 7 March), Les Aiglons will take on Olympique Lyonnais this Saturday at 18:30 in a friendly game.

This first training match will be followed by a week-long camp at Divonne-les-Bains, before a second friendly match behind closed doors against AS Saint-Etienne, on Friday 10 July at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.

The Nice head coach Patrick Vieira has named a 26-man squad for the week in the Ain region of France. Officially presented to the press on Thursday, Le Gym’s five transfer signings Robson Bambu, Flavius Daniliuc, Hassane Kamara, Morgan Schneiderlin and Amine Gouiri will all be present.

Stankey Nsoki, Alexis Claude-Maurice and Myziane are all suffering hamstring injuries and while they will not play against Lyon, they have been named in the training camp squad.
