Return

Direction 2020-21!

After a three-month wait, Les Aiglons returned to the training centre on Monday for a day of tests.

The red-and-black staff met up at 8.00 a.m. Kit managers, communication service members and club security went one after another into the tent erected in front of the building. On the agenda: a nasal swab and a complete check-up carried out by the club's medical staff.

From 9.15 came the players. First up was youngster Jawad Dramé, who was followed by Ihsan Sacko, Yanis Hamache and Eddy Sylvestre, all of whom have returned from loan spells (Troyes, Red Star and Auxerre respectively). While respecting social distancing rules, new arrival Bambu had a chat with compatriot Dante while Walter Benitez came in before Kasper Dolberg, who was sporting a new haircut ahead of his second season on the Côte d'Azur. Nsoki, Atal, Boudaoui…The 28 squad members were all given a check-up over the course of the day.

Following these tests for COVID-19, the players are set to return to the club's HQ for another barrage of medical examinations (blood tests, dental check-up, foot and eye tests) on Tuesday. Cardiological tests are scheduled at a clinic for Wednesday.
