Ibrahim Cissé loaned to FC Famalicão (Portugal)

OGC Nice have struck an agreement with the side currently in third place in the Portuguese league for a loan deal (without an option to buy) for Ibrahim Cissé until the end of the 2019-20 season.

Arriving on the Côte d’Azur in the summer of 2018 as part of the partnership with RC Abidjan, the young central defender continued his progression with the Nice Academy.

After several appearances for the reserves, Cissé was slowly integrated into the first team squad by Patrick Vieira. The Nice coach gave him his first two appearances in Ligue 1 this season, during the trip to Nîmes (1-2 victory) and then against Marseille at the Allianz Riviera (1-2 defeat).

On loan without an option to buy, the 20-year old Ivorian, who has a bright future at Le Gym, will discover a new league at a club that currently sits on the third step of the podium at the winter break, just ahead of Sporting and behind Benfica and Porto.
