Decisive during Les Aiglons’ victory over Metz (4-1) with a goal and an assist, Pierre Lees-Melou stopped to speak with beIN SPORTS after the match.

The midfielder hailed the squad’s reaction following the defeat at Saint-Etienne (4-1): “After the defeat, we said that we didn’t want to speak but rather react in our next match. We were able to do just that at home this evening, but we can’t get carried away.”

The man who got the fourth Nice goal of the evening immediately switched his focus to the rest of the season: “We have two matches left, the objective is to finish well before the Christmas holidays. We go to Brest next weekend (Saturday 14 December at 8pm), we need to show that we want it more than them and go and bring home the three points.”
