Named man of the match in all of the league matches during the period (Nantes, Paris, Strasbourg), Walter Benitez has been named Crédit Agricole Aiglon of the Month for October with 45% of the vote.

During a difficult calendar month for the Niçois, Walter Benitez never weakened. Be that in the away matches, or the home match against Paris, where despite the score (1-4), he made six saves - including an incredible triple save.

Trophy to be presented against Bordeaux 

Walter Benitez will receive his Aiglon of the Month trophy at the Allianz Riviera on Friday, ahead of the match against Bordeaux (kick-off 8.45pm). Mathilde Bonnamy participated in the prize draw and was selected to present the award at the side of the pitch.
