The image of the day isn’t one from pitch side, but one of a signature: Patrick Vieira’s signature to be precise. Les Aiglons’ coach, who played in England for 11 seasons as a player (with Arsenal and Manchester City), was invited by the staff at Saint George's Park to sign the Legends Wall of the “English Clairefontaine". 

On Thursday morning, after his side’s training session, the former France captain accepted this invitation, becoming the 96th name to appear on the wall at the headquarters of the English national side. The third Frenchman to do so, after Robert Pires and Marcel Desailly.
