Boscagli transferred to PSV Eindhoven

After a loan to Nîmes Olympique during the 2017-18 season, Olivier Boscagli is now definitively leaving Le Gym, the club where he rose through the ranks. At 21 years old, the defender has signed for PSV Eindhoven, runners-up in last season’s Dutch league.

Beginning his career at Beausoleil, the Monaco-born youngster joined Les Aiglons’ youth sides at a very young age, before returning to Beausoleil until 2013, when he headed back to the Comté to join the club’s academy.

A member of all the French youth teams, and U19 European Champion in 2016, Bosca' made his debut with the first team during the 2014-15 season, and quickly made his mark with his elegance and impressive left foot.

The following season, he played in 11 matches in L1 and scored his first goal in the top flight, against Montpellier (1-0, on 18/12/2015).  Capable of playing through the middle or on the left, in total he played 35 matches for Les Rouge et Noir, with one goal and one assist to his name.

OGC Nice thanks Olivier for his effort and commitment over several seasons and wishes him the best of luck for the rest of his career.
