On Thursday morning, Les Aiglons were back in training as they continue their preparation for their trip to Rennes. At the side of the pitch was a special spectator, in the shape of Claude Puel. The former OGC Nice coach (2012-2016) toured the offices and spoke with a number of familiar faces before heading out to the training pitches.

Alongside Guy Mengual, his assistant from the time and winner of the Coupe Gambardella in 2012, the former Leicester boss met with President Ganaye and caught up with some of his former colleagues. Players like Olivier Boscagli, Rémi Walter or Dante (from back in Lille), the members of staff who were already at the club during his leadership, the Technical Director, Gilles Grimandi and the current coach, Patrick Vieira.
