Chosen to start by Aliou Cissé, the Gym’s left-back made an impressive contribution to the Senegalese victory (3-0), which was secured by goals from Pape Abou Cissé (17'), Idrissa Gueye (18') and M'Baye Niang (50'). 

The Lions will travel to Sudan for the return leg on Tuesday
