Trained at Le Gym, where he arrived in 2019, Tom Louchet was launched into the pro world during the 2023-24 season. And what a way to do it!

Often praised for his versatility and game intelligence, the Manosque native ended the year with 16 games, including 6 starts (all competitions included).

As a full-back, winger, sentinel, relay player... on the right or left, the former French U17 international played in almost every position, showing himself to be consistent and decisive in his opponents' box. He scored 2 goals: one against Le Havre in Ligue 1 (J16, 3-1), the other against Montpellier in the Coupe de France (8th, 1-4). He also provided his first L1 assist for Lille, setting up Jordan Lotomba perfectly (J34, 2-2).

After his first steps into the big time, Tom Louchet was voted Espoir of the season by the red and black fans. He retained his Espoir de la saison title in 2024-25, after a year of quality (31 games played and 2 goals scored).
