Tournoi de l'Enfance: We're proud of them!

For the third year in a row OGC Nice took part in the Tournoi de l'Enfance.

12 youngsters supported by the Montjoye child protection association, trained by the Aiglons, went to defend the Gym's colours at the Stade Vélodrome on Sunday. These were timeless moments for the young Niçois, playing in red and black. A magnificent adventure that aims to remind us that children shouldn't worry about their access to health, education or protection, but only about their right to play.

This was the experience of 12 young Niçois over the weekend, just as it had been for their immersion in the red and black squad, during which they spent an unforgettable day marked by an exclusive training session led by Reda Belahyane, Teddy Boulhendi and Alexis Claude-Maurice.

Thanks to CNAPE, the federation of child protection associations throughout France, and the initiative of Mohamed Bouhafsi, 216 children represented the 18 Ligue 1 Uber Eats clubs. The event was attended by numerous football stars and celebrities, who delighted all the children present.

Good times, surprises and smiles: the 3rd edition, like the two previous ones, was once again a resounding success. For the record, the Gym team reached the semi-finals of the competition...

The club would like to congratulate all its little heroes, all those who helped organise the event, and all those who work on a daily basis to protect children.
