Pre-season 2018-19

The Aiglons’ game time

It’s now been over a month since Patrick Vieira’s side got back out on the pitch. During pre-season, the Red and Blacks played six friendlies in the space of five weeks. Discover below the game time picked up by each of the 32 players used by the new coach.

And the most used Aiglon by Patrick Vieira goes to… Allan Saint-Maximin! The number 7 stacked up 394 minutes of game time. The forward is the only player (with Ihsan Sacko) to have played at least one minute during each of the six summer games.

With 358 minutes played, “El Commandante” sits in second place. Dante was rested against Brighton, which almost certainly cost him first place.

Wylan Cyprien completes the podium. Just like his captain, the midfielder took part in every game except the one against the English side. He picked up 355 minutes over the summer.

As for Christophe Hérelle (318 minutes), Danilo Barbosa (297 minutes) and Youcef Atal (192 minutes), they have all fitted nicely into the Nice squad. The three recruits finish in 5th, 8th and 14th place respectively in the standings.
