C. Lattanzio, K. Wilson and M. Cook complete the new look coaching staff

With the return to training fixed for Monday 2 July, the make up of the Aiglons’ new coaching staff is now official. Standing alongside Patrick Vieira will be three new coaches - each having worked for Manchester City and New York City FC: Christian Lattanzio (Assistant Coach), Kristian Wilson (Performance coach) and Matt Cook (Fitness Coach). They join Fred Gioria (Assistant Coach) and Lionel Letizi (Goalkeeping Coach), “the spirit and heart of the club.”

Adrian Ursea and Alexandre Dellal leave OGC Nice

Two members of the former coaching staff are leaving OGC Nice: Adrian Ursea (Assistant Coach) and Alexandre Dellal (Fitness Coach). “It’s never a joyful moment when you go your separate ways with quality people”, explained Jean-Pierre Rivère, President of the Gym, who paid tribute to the work of both men. “Adrian has always impressed, be it on a sporting or a human level. He arrived in 2016 with Lucien and adapted immediately. He is an extremely competent coach, a true professional, a passionate man who brings a positive energy to all he does. I want to thank him for his work during these two seasons, to wish him good luck for the future and to say to him that he will always be welcome at the Gym. Alexandre has spent six seasons here. He has been through everything at the club: the tough seasons, and above all the magnificent moments. He has always played an important role in each squad, be it on a physical level – his area of expertise – or just in the atmosphere in the dressing room. I think him for his work and wish him lots of luck for his future endeavours.“
