Training

An easy return for the Aiglons

For 90 minutes, at a light intensity, the Aiglons were back out on the pitch on Friday afternoon.

Around 10 degrees Celsius and under some pleasant sunshine. After a more than deserved short week of holidays, the conditions were right to head back out onto the pitch, 8 days before the Gym's return to competitive football on 6 January against Toulouse (Coupe de France).

"We won't force it, we will progressively build it up." These were the words Lucien Favre used to speak about his side's programme for the final sessions of 2017. After a forty minute run, with a gradual increase of intensity, the Red and Blacks got the ball back at their feet, with technical and passing drills, before several team exercises. They will have two sessions on Saturday as well as a session on Sunday morning.
