Agreement for the transfer of Dalbert to Inter

OGC Nice and Inter have reached an agreement for the transfer of Dalbert Henrique to the Milanese club to move forward.

The negotiations, which started in June very far from the release clause signed with the Brazilian defender last summer, have led to a proposition acceptable to OGC Nice arriving this week.

With the conditions enabling a departure to be considered having finally been met, the club has taken the decision to agree to the left-back's demand to join the Italian club, and authorised him to take a medical prior to signing his contract.

Thanks to this record transfer concluded by the club, OGC Nice continues its policy of development, and does not need to ask its shareholders for one-off financing of its summer recruits, which number seven (Balotelli, Lees-Melou, Makengo, Tameze, Jallet, Sneijder, St-Maximim). Nampalys Mendy's transfer to Leicester afforded the same situation last summer.

After arriving in Nice in July 2016, the former Vitoria Guimaraes player featured in 33 league games (all as a starter) and registered two assists. Proud to have aided his emergence at the highest level, the Gym would like to wish him success in his new colours.
