Season over for Cyprien

After tests conducted on Saturday, the final verdict has been delivered: Wylan Cyprien has suffered a ruptured anterior crucial ligament. The 22 year old midfielder will be unavailable for the rest of the season.

The images left little room for any doubt, the tests conducted the morning after the match between Nice and Caen confirmed the news. The injury which he picked up in the 56th minute of the 29th match of the season after landing badly, will require surgery in the coming days.

After Alassane Plea, the Gym loses another key member of its squad, making 29 appearances in L1 this season (including 27 starts), has scored 8 goals and made 3 assists.
